Additional Information

a) A security / cleaning deposit of £100.00 (paid by cleared cheque with final balance) is required which will be returned following a satisfactory departure report.
b) The cottage will be available from 4.00pm local time on Saturdays.
c) Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 11.00am local time upon departure.
d) Pets are not permitted and guests are requested not to smoke in the cottage.
e) Guests must provide their own bed linen and towels. However, a linen hire service is available for a small additional cost, (see below).
f) Please read the Terms and Conditions in full before making your booking.

Cleaning Service
This is available by special arrangement and is priced according to individual requirements.

Linen Service
£10.00 per person per week (Equates to 1 issue of linen. Further changes within the week attract repeat charges).

Short Breaks
Up to 4 nights may be available on request and are charged at £50.00 per night throughout the year. However, priority will always given to weekly bookings (price per night, not per person).
