The kitchen, with a breakfast bar, has fully-fitted appliances and a microwave oven.

A large bathroom, with a bath and separate shower and a separate toilet are all situated to the rear of the cottage. A second door leads into the back garden.

The first floor, accessed by stairs from the sitting room, has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

The second floor has two further bedrooms, one with television and telephone points and an en-suite wet-room.

The cottage has electric radiators throughout. The telephone can receive in-coming calls only. Opposite the dining room door, there is a south-facing patio/barbecue area.
